Spa And Salon Etiquette

AMBIANCE
Our goal is to provide a relaxing and quiet atmosphere, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cellular phones and other electronic devices are prohibited in the spa area. Only clients receiving spa services will be allowed in the spa area. To ensure a healthy environment for our clients smoking is not permitted.

CHILDREN
To create a soothing atmosphere for each of our clients. Please make other arrangements for small children. This will allow for a more pleasant visit for you and others. Children are not allowed past the reception area unless receiving services.

APPOINTMENTS
We recommend making reservations for treatments and services at least one week in advance to allow for your desired appointment time. However, services are also available on a daily basis by appointment in limited time slots. We also recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa. Genesis Skin Care cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. Guests who arrive late will be charged "FULL VALUE" of the services scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our technicians reserve their time for your appointment; a 24 hour cancellation notice is required for salon and spa services. Canceling your appointment less than the specified time will result in a fee of fifty percent of the services scheduled. A "NO SHOW" will be charged full value of the services scheduled.

CHECK-IN
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows for sufficient time to fill out the appropriate client forms and for relaxation time prior to your services. Genesis Skin Care is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you are pregnant, have heart or circulatory problems or diabetes please avoid all heat treatments. We ask that you please inform your service provider of all medical conditions so we may provide you with the best treatment possible. Genesis Skin Care reserves the right to cancel any service(s) due to medical conditions that endanger the client or our technicians.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for dollar amounts and do not expire. Gift Certificates are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. 
Gift certificates must be presented upon check out.

GRATUITY
Prices do not include gratuity. Standard gratuity is 18% of total services and will be applied to groups/parties of 3 or more.
